Brain Imaging Research Core (UNM)

Overview of Services

The Brain Imaging Research Core at Domenici Hall operates a research dedicated Siemens 3T Magnetom Prisma MRI scanner.

The instrument has Tim 204x64 gradients, Syngo MR XA60 software, and can perform:
1. Advanced diffusion and perfusion scans

2. fMRI and DTI

3. 2D and 3D ASL and SWI

4. Spectroscopy and other capabilities

There is a Nordic Neuro Lab visual presentation system for fMRI stimulation presentation.

All faculty with research needs can apply for access to these resources. (Link to resource or application page)
